CabinetCorp is Hiring a Development associate Near Norcross, GA

CabinetCorp, a B2B Cabinet Distributer is looking to add a professional, energetic, detail-oriented associate to join our team.

The right candidate will help boost company growth and sales. They should be able to help develop business strategies, build client relationships, and help conduct market research.

The majority off their efforts will be spent on the phone. Fearless cold callers are a must for this position.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct market research to find price points and top product offerings from company competitors.
  • Through communication evaluate lead list to gauge interest in becoming a client of company.
  • Work closely with design team to ensure all client needs are met.
  • Assist in drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference materials and other documents needed to grow the business.
  • Quickly identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Collecting and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
  • Familiarize yourself with the company’s vision, mission, and product offerings in seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
  • Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business. opportunities to evaluate their needs and determine the volume potential, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.

Requirements :

  • 1 -2 years of relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
  • Exemplary ability to build relationships, influence, and manage conflicts both internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management skills.
  • Friendly Personable demeanor.
  • Ability to work well with a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
