Compensation:

As a Sales Assistant with C&E Specialties, Inc. in Rockford, IL, you are the go-to for the administrative details that help us close sales faster. Whether they’ve been with us a long time or just for a bit, you will be contacting clients to develop, maintain, and grow business by giving them what they need to sign off on the next purchase. Every day you will create work and purchase orders while building relationships with customers as someone they look to for help, not just another vendor. To thrive in this role, you must have experience talking to business professionals on the phone and creating reports or presentations. We can teach you everything else you need to know.
Here’s what you can expect on a typical day as a Sales Assistant with C&E Specialties:
● To feel inspired by the people around you. Every person on this team has a “whatever it takes” attitude and you can rely on them to work as hard as you do.
● Making things faster and easier. You are the person between sales and the customer. When they have questions about proofs, timing, or products - you’re the first call. You should know how to look up information and ask for help when you don’t know.
● Asking questions. You’ll start conversations with customers to get to know more about upcoming projects and potential sales opportunities in these accounts.
● Producing orders. We created our work and purchase order systems. We’ll teach you how to use them and how our production timing works, then you’ll start sending error-free sales orders and estimates.
● Checking sales material inventory. Whether we’re heading to an event or preparing for a sales conversation, you make sure we have the materials needed to show up prepared.
C&E Specialties is a supplier and custom decorator of corporate apparel and premium incentives located in Rockford, IL since 1981. Our in-house silk screen printing and direct embroidery departments enable us to offer prompt service for substantial as well as modest order requirements for all types of custom imprinted apparel.
