However, we are reaching a point where we can't take on many more clients without service experience suffering, so this is where we need your help!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to receive accounting data
• Manage and maintain the general ledger accounts
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records
• Answer questions for clients

Requirements:

• Experience with Thomson Reuters Accounting CS and/or QuickBooks Online is a plus
• Experience with or understanding of basic payroll
• Experience in public accounting
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of debits, credits, and basic accounting principles

*Not required* CPA or EA but a big plus

Our general year-round hours are Monday through Thursday: 9 - 5 and Friday: 9 - noon.
