Position Summary:
The Director of HR Operations is responsible for developing and maintaining HR processes, operations and efficiencies that provide outstanding client focused support to the business. Bringing insight, diagnostic skills and the ability to deliver ‘hands on’ solutions across the people agenda. This includes the development and management of the global HR Operations team to provide the business with a proactive and highly regarded service. The Director of HR Operations, with this expanded scope, plays a crucial role in shaping a comprehensive HR strategy that encompasses benefits, wellness, payroll, HRIS, data management, and compensation to support organizational goals and foster a positive employee experience. Fried Frank has a hybrid work model and currently works 3 days in the office/2 days remote.
