Business 411 is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Business 411 is an industry leading education and marketing agency for roofing and construction companies all over the USA.

Business 411 is looking to bring in Sales reps to service our clients with new product orders and grow our client database. This position involves strategic collaboration with our marketing and design team on campaigns to increase revenue.

This position is for a top performer and someone who takes personal and professional growth seriously.

We are looking for an inside sales rep who can be flexible for travel as needed. As part of being one of the top education and marketing companies in our industry, you will be invited to join us when we travel across the US to popular conferences (attendance is not mandatory, but will drive sales).

You will learn/ use valuable skills; selling online via social media, the power of having a strong brand, how marketing can increase sales organically and most importantly stepping into a primed customer list who is waiting for someone like YOU.

Quality of accounts is the key with this position, understanding how business relationships work and becoming the go to for each client you work with for all of their business needs that Business 411 can service.

What does that mean for you? Better accounts = Higher ongoing personal income

This position will include:

  • Calling, Emailing and texting existing clients to generate new orders
  • Contacting new leads to convert them into clients
  • New online sales to expand their orders
  • Teaming up with our design and marketing team on sales campaigns
  • Leveraging our presence on social media to engage with our clients and drive revenue
  • Using our CRM to input client information

Compensation:

  • $36k Base Salary Commission
  • Current sales reps all earn over $100k a year after commissions

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or marketing experience
  • 2 years sales experience
  • Able to FULLY use technology - CRMs, Email, Social Media, Google Drive/ Slides
  • Rapid Learner (we are looking for someone who is ready to learn our products and start working right away)
  • Excellent at multitasking
  • Great at building relationships (each client can be a $20k-100k a year sales opportunity)
