Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and has a passion for industrial sales.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs across North and Central America
- Reach out to prospects via cold calling, email, and social media platforms
- Visit customers to maintain the relationship established (less than 10%)
- Present product information and demonstrate the value proposition to potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Proficient in using CRM tracking system
- Knowledge of technology sales and industry trends
