Required Skills:

Responsibilities:
-Welcome members and trials with a smile and positive demeanor
-Provide welcome and tour to new trials, overcome sales objections and convert trials to members
-Capture quality content for social media
-Manage communication: in person, phone calls, emails, social media messaging
-Create and facilitate new ways for lead generation
-Work with the team on closing trials, renewals, community events, and daily operations
-Attend community and vendor events
-Custome service and 'people first' mindset to ensure members receive exceptional experience.
-Manage leads and strategize with team to close
-Knowledge in nutrition supplements and proactive with selling Burn Nutrition products
-Drive new sales and improve member relationships by establishing and maintaining rapport
-Review daily/weekly schedule and prepare any needed information to complete each activity as assigned
-Review reports to monitor results and take action to address any opportunities to drive business goals
-Assist trainers with equipment setup/tear down, inbody scale, focus meetings, etc
Hours:
Part Time and Full Time positions available
Morning Shift: 5:00-11:00 am
Evening Shift: 4:00-8:00 pm
Weekend Shift: Saturdays 7:00-11:00am (rotation)
