Responsibilities

• Checks guests in and out of the property accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable at all times.
• Creates a professional impression, acting as an ambassador for the hotel.
• Greet all guests that meet Guest Relations ensuring that the guest’s name is always used.
• Handles guest enquiries and provides information on local attractions and gives directions as required.
• Answers all telephone calls in a professional, friendly manner.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
