Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of mixology, and the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer requests - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change - Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction - Assist with catering events as needed Skills: - Cash handling experience, including the ability to accurately process payments and provide change - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours - Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology trends - Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers - Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and inventory management - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred If you are passionate about bartending, have excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
