Host/Server

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

- Hospitality: Ability to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Basic math: Proficiency in basic math calculations for order totals and cash handling
- Help: Willingness to assist guests and team members as needed
- Restaurant: Familiarity with restaurant operations, including seating arrangements, menu items, and service procedures
- Cash register: Experience operating a cash register and processing payments accurately
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Catering: Knowledge of catering services and ability to assist with catering orders or events
- Brewing: Understanding of coffee brewing techniques and ability to prepare various coffee beverages
- Retail math: Familiarity with retail math concepts, such as calculating discounts or sales tax
- Cash handling: Experience handling cash transactions accurately and securely

We are seeking individuals who are friendly, reliable, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
