* Looking for someone who can work 10 to 12 hrs shift for 5 or 6 days a week.
* Its Buffalo Wild Wing Go concert. Its a smaller foot print and mostly to go food only with few tables for dine it.
* Someone who has no other commitments besides working hard.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our food service operations and ensure exceptional hospitality for our guests. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, managing the kitchen, and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and guest services
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff members
- Train and mentor employees on proper food handling techniques and customer service standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Extensive knowledge of food service operations and kitchen management
- Proven experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a General Manager or similar role in the food service industry
- Culinary or hospitality degree is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
