Overview:

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner

- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong English language skills are required; bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Ability to maintain phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
