Human Resources Director Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The HR Director assists with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
• The HR Director maintains employee records.
• The HR Director is responsible for the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing background checks, scheduling interviews, providing in-services in corporate compliance mandates.
• The Human Resources Director performs orientations and update records of new and current staff.
• The HR Director process payroll for the facility biweekly.
