- Enter and process accounts payable invoices into Aderant
- Process daily check request in Aderant
- Enter all BDB Corporate Credit Card Charges into Chrome River
- Approve and process expense reports in Chrome River
- Set up new vendors and maintain 1099 information
- Assist with filing with IRS
- Assist other members of accounting team when needed
- Knowledge of Aderant accounting software or something similar
- 3-5 years Accounts Payable experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to communicate with vendors in a professional manner both via email and phone
