The Buckhead Life Restaurant Group has an opening for the Executive Sous Chef position at the nationally recognized Chops Lobster Bar Boca restaurant. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day kitchen operations as well as the development of its culinary hourly staff. Under the direction of Chef Allen Schumann, this candidate will serve as the leader of the operation with the responsibility to uphold the quality and consistency our guests have come to expect.
Candidate's qualities should include the following:
*Experience and passion for providing the highest quality product to our guests
*Experience with seafood, prime steaks and classic American fare
*Have a high level interest in fine dining cuisine
*The ability to handle some administrative duties as it relates to ordering, inventories, etc.
*Cool under pressure.
*The ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities for him or herself as well as the team of sous chefs.
*Great communication skills
*Ability to analyze issues and set a path of change in order to improve the overall guest experience
