Bucher Hydraulics is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Bucher Hydraulics is the Premier Electro-Hydraulic Manufacturing Integrator in North America and provides Smart Solutions with Superior Support. The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for performing a variety of duties to provide total customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers.

Job Description

Provide total customer satisfaction through communication via phone, email, and faxes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process, expedite, quote, troubleshoot and track orders for all Bucher products with emphasis on AC and DC power packs, and related service parts.
  • Handle customer concerns, complaints and needs.
  • Work with the Regional Sales Managers and Product Managers on projects.
  • Provide warranty, service, and repair/return information.

Job Specifications:

  • Requires input into the ongoing improvement process.
  • Requires ability to communicate and listen well to customers.
  • Requires the proper use of telephone etiquette, organization, follow through, evaluation and decision making.
  • Requires the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Requires you to be self-managed, organized and highly motivated.
  • Requires knowledge of product and order processing/flow.
  • Customer Portals and EDI knowledge

Requirements:

The knowledge, skill, and ability to perform this job can be acquired through a bachelor’s degree or significant experience.

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
