Our Sales Team is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with at least one year of demonstrated success in Sales or Account Management. We are looking for someone who is not only energetic and competitive but also dedicated to providing exceptional service to our growing customer base. Inside Sales Representatives at Ally leverage the network of carriers built and fostered by our Operations Team to bring cost-effective strategies and elevated service to their customers' shipping and receiving departments.

This position will earn a base salary uncapped commissions. Additionally, our unique compensation plan includes a tiered base salary that increases as your book of business grows.
First year On-Target Earnings: $55,000 - $80,000
Second year On-Target Earnings: $90,000 - $120,000
Third year On-Target Earnings: $100,000
