Job Description
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Prepare questions to learn about the customer and understand if an opportunity exists during the discovery meeting. Product knowledge will provide possible solutions to recommend.
- Understand and effectively deliver quotes articulating our products.
- Develop closing ability based on customer needs.
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Client follow-up and constant communication with customers.
- Prepare quotations.
- Attend networking opportunities.
- Single point of contact to get the job done and exceed customer’s expectations.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field.
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in sales, customer service or other related field with strong interest in impacting customer solutions.
- Strong communication, organization and problem solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and be committed to serving them.
- Detail-oriented. Time management skills required.
- Team player who can manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and can easily adapt to change.
- Ability to think on your feet in conversation and ask or answer questions with ease.
- A “never stop learning” mentality that can apply daily.
- Relevant knowledge of the sign industry is preferred.
