Job Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant will handle multiple administrative tasks for BTIG’s FICC team. This includes handling incoming calls, calendar management, meeting arrangements and assisting in the daily office needs to members of the Senior Management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be highly organized. This individual must be polished, enthusiastic, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Flexibility, initiative and a drive to succeed are essential qualities for the position. Must be able to wear many hats and work in a fast-paced environment.
