Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all on-site operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
• Coordination and Scheduling: Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to organize schedules for subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project advancement in accordance with the construction timeline to maintain project momentum.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold high-quality standards and strict adherence to safety protocols throughout the project duration.
• Blueprint Analysis: Review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints, offering recommendations for adjustments based on site conditions.
• Team Leadership: Provide comprehensive oversight for on-site personnel, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Effective Communication: Keep clients informed through regular updates on project status during site walkthroughs.

On-site Duties:

• Framing & Material Management: Ensure availability of materials and accuracy of quantities required for construction tasks.
• Documentation: Manage RFIs (Request for Information), SANs (Submittal Action Notices), and document project progress with photo updates.
• Site Survey Coordination: Organize and communicate site survey requirements effectively.
• Safety and Security: Enforce adherence to site safety and security measures.
• Inspections: Coordinate and facilitate inspections promptly.
• Community Relations: Foster positive relationships within the local community.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated Experience: Proven track record as a Site Superintendent in the construction field.
• Construction Expertise: Sound knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and regulatory standards.
• Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to interpret and analyze construction plans, schematics, and blueprints effectively.
• Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate and lead a team.
• Communication Skills: Fluent communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to think critically and resolve challenges efficiently.
