The Richmond Campus of Bryant & Stratton College is accepting applications for a full-time Receptionist.

Job Summary :

Principal Job Functions :

• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Polite and Professional Customer Service
• Data entry and other Admissions functions
• Faxing, filing and basic office duties
• Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with a diverse group of students and peers is required.

Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time are essential skills for this position. Evening and weekend hours are required.

Knowledge and Experience

• Associates Degree preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Previous receptionist experience a plus
