Job Summary:A MUST HAVE TRANSPERTATION and Dental Experience
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the dental office. Your primary responsibilities will include managing phone systems, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and providing administrative support to the dental team.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using an electronic scheduling system
- Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related questions
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using office software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with eClinicalWorks or other electronic medical record systems is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
