ADMINISTRATIVE & PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Responsibilities include:
● Act as a central point of contact
● Manage calendars
● Manage internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
● Order standard supplies for all aspects of the house and home offices.
● Submit weekly work report providing status of all projects and challenges.
● Assist with travel arrangements.
● Create standard, repeatable travel protocols/routines.
● Manage standardized, normal and ongoing grocery shopping lists for family and home offices.
● Assist with pet care, including drop off at pet daycare center and vet visits.
● Organize common areas of house, home offices, guest rooms and garage.
● Perform all other miscellaneous tasks as requested by employer.
Residence Management
● Administration
o Create and maintain the electronic House Management & Security Binder
o Document all approved house and family vendors, by category.
o Maintain history log of services performed at residence.
o Receipts, reports, warranties, manuals, etc.
● Maintenance
o Primary point of contact for outside contractors, service people, artisans, and all other
household and non-household workers.
o Wellness Room service providers
o All other vendors engaged for proper maintenance of residence and home offices.
● Budget
o Develop proposed budgets for running the household.
o Keep running records of all household expenses and compare to approved budget.
● Events
o Arrange for entertainment, and social activities as requested.
o Contract and manage caterers, valet and other event support services.
o Assist with invite distribution and RSVP tracking.
o Provide on-site event management, start to finish.

● Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
● Excellent MS Office knowledge
● Command of key software programs for project management tracking (Trello, Slack), along with
use of Apple iPhone, iPad or Mac.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
