The Account Executive will be key in acquiring new business from Real Estate agents. They will serve as the primary acquisition arm of the company, responsible for the creation of new business relationships and acting as a facilitator through the first business deal with new clients. Success in this role will require strong interpersonal relationship skills, persuasive skills, and the ability to close a deal. Active listening, empathy, strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. The Account Executive will be the crucial leader in sharing the company’s mission, vision and values with top prospects in the industry.
Each week the Account Executive will attend a number of meetings with new prospects to form new business relationships. They will be responsible for driving the growth of business in conjunction with their team. Following their meetings with new leads, the Account Executive will be responsible for all follow-up activity through the sales funnel until the deal is won. Account Executive will have monthly goals to reach set forward by the company. This position has an evolving territory that changes on a regular basis depending on where, geographically, the business sees the greatest area of opportunity.
