HR DirectorPermanent roleTampa, FL basedSalary up to $130,000Do you live in Florida and are looking to take the next step in your career in Human Resources? Brookwood Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit an HR Director to execute local, regional, and corporate initiatives within the assigned region, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.As a flexible Human Resources Director, you will work with both corporate and regional operations leadership to maximize the effectiveness of delivering business results. You will be involved in key initiatives and ensure those initiatives are aligned with the respective business goals and objectives of the organization. To give you an idea of how this HR Director role will look and feel, here are some areas you can expect to work in:

  • Provide senior counsel to HR managers and business leaders, including communications, investigations, performance, and leadership development
  • Ensure that the HR teams are fully staffed with a high-performing, diverse group of professionals to support organizational growth and maturation
  • Review HR KPI data analysis with leaders to drive informed decision-making and performance tracking against Teammate strategies
  • Establish forecasting workforce and succession planning processes and practices to drive proactive Teammate readiness for business growth
  • Develop new HR programs to help achieve annual business plans as well as lead and support global projects & initiatives in collaboration with other Centre of Excellence (COE) teams

To apply for this HR Director role, you will need at least 10 years of professional experience, including a track record of managing multi-site HR teams across the Southeast, within corporate environments, to achieve ambitious goals. You will also require the following:

  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a growing, fast-paced environment and manage complex initiatives, deadlines and competing priorities, ideally with experience leading in developing HR
  • In-depth knowledge of Labour Relations, Employee Relations, Health & Safety, Employment Standards and Human Rights legislation
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with diverse cultures and perspectives are welcomed
