Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions
- Assist agents with trailing documents, including signed applications, inspections, photos, prior declarations pages, etc.
- Utilize management system to document customer interactions and update customer profiles.
- Flexibility to perform other tasks as they arise.
- Obtain and process payments and processing endorsements; make mortgagee changes,
- Great attention to detail and follow-up is vital
Requirements:
- Insurance Customer Service 440 License preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding solutions for customers
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills
