Opportunity

As a Portfolio Management Associate, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, operational partners, and custodians, overseeing trade execution and reconciliation processes, primarily in public equities.

Responsibilities

• Execute trading-related tasks, including order generation/algo selection and supervision of reconciliation processes
• Act as a liaison and main point-of-contact with our operational partners and custodians
• Identify and remedy issues with trade execution
• Automate and test algorithms to ensure efficiency of trade execution across multiple custodians and execution brokers
• Monitor and analyze execution quality and identify opportunities for improvement
• Serve as a client-facing point of contact for portfolio management, trading, and reporting
• Coordinate with portfolio construction team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Support integration efforts with commercial and distribution partners
• Implement feature enhancements to trade execution system

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in equities portfolio management, trading, or investment operations
• Experience with algorithmic trading and transaction cost analysis
• Proficiency in Python, C#, and SQL
• Robust understanding of FIX protocol and Order Management Systems
• Experience interacting with custodian platforms, like Schwab and Fidelity
• Desire to work in fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail that’s at the cutting edge of investment management innovation
• Experience with AWS is a plus

Anticipated range of $150,000-$200,000 for base salary, depending on the amount of compensation desired in equity options, and on the level of experience.
