Currently, we are searching for an entry level or medium experienced Office Manager who would be interested in being developed into other roles like Sales, Account Management, or Project Management. Our client would love to find a long-term team member to join their family business. Our client is a family owned and operated leading provider of custom countertop solutions, specializing in delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service to high-end custom home builders, designers, and home owners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Start out by welcoming clients and home owners into the office, answering phones, taking messages, and overall leading the charge in company hospitality!
• Over time, you can dive deeper into the team by providing value to account managers, project managers, and the executive leadership team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Kind and hospitable personality
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in various software applications.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with the team.
• Prior experience in the countertop industry or construction-related field is preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION

• $50,000-$60,000
