Our ideal candidate will be well-presented, trustworthy, have high attention to detail, and appreciate creating success for themselves and others. They will be eager to contribute and grow – all in a friendly and exciting environment!

The position will require you to be in the office most of the time supporting the team (Madison, Wisconsin) and could be either Part or Full-Time. Compensation will be dependent upon experience.

A few of the major roles associated with this opportunity include:

  • Executive Support – day-to-day administrative support
  • EXCEL Expert - pull numbers from monthly reports and produce our (Excel) dashboards. You must be fluent in Excel to do this very important work!
  • Process Implementer – facilitate the development and documentation of systems and procedures
  • Office Support and Daily Operations – proactive office organization and data entry
  • Team Support – process improvement and project support
  • CRM Champion – inputting and maintaining contact data & reporting
  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint projects and Outlook
