What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR), to primarily focus on generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through effective prospecting, outreach, and qualification efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outbound prospecting in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media) to generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and interest in our service offerings.
  • Set up appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads for further development and closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in Salesforce CRM system.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and interest in our asset management software.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualification.
  • Continuously improve sales development processes and strategies.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication or related field
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate industry and or facilities management (preferred) 
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
  • Sales minded; team-oriented
  • Optimistic, high energy, and motivated
  • Dependable, accountable, and detail oriented
  • Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce a plus
