PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Serves as an administrative assistant to Community Health Aide Program. Assists with program support of CHAP office functions, personnel support, files, training, purchase orders, expediting, department travel and data collection. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of office management and administrative duties.
Experience with computer program systems such as Microsoft word, excel, power point, and purchasing software.
Experience in developing and maintaining electronic filing systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to operate common office equipment.
Ability to type 40 words per minute.
Capable of working independently.
Willing to travel to CHAP villages as needed to assist administration.
