Locally owned and family run, Bright Behavior, Inc. provides center-based ABA therapy to children aged 2-7 so they and their families can relish life and live it on their terms.

We help our staff advance in their careers goals by providing opportunities to advance to a Senior RBT, Lead RBT, or an Apprentice to become a BCBA or BCaBA. 
We are now hiring for 2 full-time positions to work on Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm shift.

• Play an integral role in the development of children by preparing them for school
• Work one-on-one with children aged 2-7 to support their growth and development by implementing treatment plans and goals
• Use play therapy and natural environment teaching techniques in a preschool type setting to increase children’s social skills and independence 
• Be energetic and enthusiastic when working with children to increase their participation 
• Collect data and document progress to determine treatment plan effectiveness
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and other center-based therapists and staff
• Receive supervision and feedback from center-based BCBAs and implement new or modified interventions as indicated by the BCBAs
• Perform all physical requirements of this position which can include walking, running, bending over, lifting up to 30 pounds, and being on your feet for several hours at a time
• Other reasonable duties may be assigned

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Arrive on-time and prepared to work
• Maintain confidentiality regarding children’s and families’ personal information
•  Adhere to the ethical guidelines of a governing board
• Have at least one years’ experience with children 
•  Pass a multistate criminal background check
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a current CPR or BLS certification
• RBT certified or completion of the 40 hour RBT training coursework 
• Some college coursework is preferred but not required
