We are a non-profit organization operating a day treatment facility using the CARD (Center for Autism Related Disorders) curriculum. We offer center-based programming, as well as home based, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior (VB) for children with autism. Extensive paid training is provided and supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).

Responsibilities: Registered Behavior Technician RBT

• Demonstrate proficiency of assigned individual client programming.
• Implement student programs/curriculum in accordance with the direction of supervisors (classroom teachers, program coordinator, consultants) utilizing the principles of ABA.
• Implement student behavior support plans in accordance with the direction of supervisors (classroom teachers, program coordinator, consultants) utilizing the principles of ABA.
• Compile and summarize daily collected data on program graphs and collect daily data on client's program targets/behaviors
• Input collected daily data into individual client computer files.
• Objectively summarize individual client performance on daily go home notes (at least one note per session).
• Attend and actively participate in entire in-service activities and trainings.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations.
• Additional goals, duties and responsibilities will be added based on performance

Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician RBT

• Enjoy working with children with special needs
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of applying training and adapting it to various situations
• Motivated to learn the principles of ABA
• Able to work independently while supporting a team setting
• Must possess or be able to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification within 90 days of employment
• Reliable Transportation / Willingness to drive if able
• Strong Communication Skills
• Good Attendance / Reliability
