The Regions Best Gastropub is Searching for a talented Chef to join our team.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Oversight of all kitchen functions.
• Ensure all staff members adhere to culinary standards, regulations, and Brick & Brew policies and procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns personally.
• Design new & original menu choices based on seasonal ingredients collaborate with the team on standard and specials menus.
• Day to day staffing & scheduling.
• Daily vendor management.
• Daily inventory management.
• Quarterly budgeting in conjunction with GM
• Collaborate with home office/analytics team
• Work with FOH to ensure successful day-to-day operations; Including daily management meetings.

Skills & Preferred Requirements:

• 5 years’ culinary experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership skills/ability to work in a group environment and independently
• Experience preparing gastropub / global cuisine
• Knowledge of best practices for training kitchen staff and implementing kitchen procedures
• High level of creativity and reliability.
• Flexible schedule required
• Familiarity with menu costing procedures
• Serve Safe certified
