POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Human Resources Plans and directs programs for all human resources areas including employment, employee relations, training and development and equal employment opportunity. Develops policies and programs to meet organizational needs and provides guidance and technical assistance to other areas. This position assures compliance with all Head Start Performance Standards and supports campus efforts related to the effort to the enrollment, recruitment, selection, eligibility, and attendance of children.
