Position Summary:
To provide administrative support and assistance to all Information Technology workgroups and departments within the Bowen Center. This includes, but is not limited to, invoice tracking and coding, logging purchases for capital tracking, equipment and solution ordering for all IT workgroups and departments, contract management (tracking of end dates and renewals), and tracking ongoing expenses beyond invoicing where necessary. This position reports to the VP of IT but will hold responsibilities to all of IT and IT leadership.
