The Human Capital Management (HCM) Coordinator overseeing and managing various projects for the HCM Team. This is a multifaceted role that encompasses responsibilities of Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, HRIS, Learning and Development, and Talent Acquisition.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Understand all aspects of HCM Department to generate positive change and deliver results.
• Coordinate HCM team projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Outline task details in the project and delegate accordingly.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders within projects.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders according to project requirements.
• Provide feedback as to potential risk or gaps related to projects.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency affiliated regulations.
• Provide ongoing support of the day-to-day activities across the HCM Team.
• Maintain HCM SharePoint sites with up-to-date information for employees and leaders.
• Manage audit coordination during agency required audits.
• Cross-train in various HCM positions to support as backup during times of leaves, paid time off, and overflow of responsibilities.
• Primary backup for front-desk coverage and duties.
• Create and deliver aesthetically pleasing professional communication that effectively conveys objectives and tailored to targeted audiences.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Competency Expectations:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience: Prefer two (2) years of experience in Human Resources or at least two (2) years of internal organization experience
• Must demonstrate proficiency in all relevant human resources competency areas
• Valid driver’s license and active liability insurance
• Satisfactory results from criminal background check
• Must be a minimum 21 years of age
