The HCM Specialist assists with various aspects of the team. This role supports administrative duties of Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, HRIS, Learning and Development, and Talent Acquisition.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Serves as initial contact and liaison for all employees and guests by providing a welcoming environment.
• Accountable for all Corporate deliveries and HCM office supply inventory.
• Manages event registrations, calendar events, and supports logistical requirements for events.
• Monitors and ensures compliance requirements are met across HCM Team.
• Responsible for various HCM administrative duties including areas such as benefits, onboarding, orientation, payroll, unemployment hearings, and worker’s compensation.
• Maintains organization of employee files and recordkeeping requirements.
• Exemplifies strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve and critically think.
• Responds to emails, calls, messages, and other inquiries within 24-hours.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Competency Expectations:

• Education: Associate degree preferred
• Experience: Prefer one year of experience in Human Resources or two (2) years of internal organization experience
• Must demonstrate proficiency in all relevant human resources competency areas
• Valid driver’s license and active liability insurance
• Satisfactory results from criminal background check
• Must be a minimum 21 years of age
