Job Description
Commercial litigation practice focusing on business litigation, fraud, contract disputes and ADR seeks two to three junior attorneys with 1-4 years of commercial litigation experience. Must be admitted to practice in California. Strong research, writing, and litigation skills are required. Must have experience with all stages of litigation, including both preparing and defending for summary judgment. (No trial experience necessary).
