They are looking for someone with at least 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience to process a high-volume of invoices each week. Pay Range: $24 - $30/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable, processing a high volume of invoices weekly for two company entities
- Conduct department analysis for 30 different ranches, ensuring accurate application of costs
- Perform reconciliations of vendor statements and research discrepancies
- Address vendor queries and maintain effective communication
- Update Accounts Payable reports, spreadsheets, and files
- Manage general ledger entries and purchase order processing
- Process all 1099 transactions
- Track company vehicles and manage insurance-related issues
- A minimum of 2 years full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
- High School Diploma required
- Proficiency in Word and Excel at an entry-level
- Familiarity with Famous software (industry-specific) is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume work
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with others in a team environment
- Must be able to work fully onsite
