Chef Thomas Keller's Las Vegas restaurant, Bouchon, is seeking for capable individuals who are enthusiastic about food, beverage and hospitality to join our culinary brigade as an AM Chef De Partie.
Qualified individuals should possess a keen attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skill of a minimum of 2 years of experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator. Experience cooking breakfast strongly preferred.
