We are looking for the right individual who shares our genuine passion for the food, beverage, and late entertainment industry to join our team at The Rose Honky Tonk located at Southend Station in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, NC. We immediately need an Assistant Manager at our brand new popular uptown nightclub. The ideal candidates should be willing to work a flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends, and holidays, and can thrive in a fast-paced, exciting, and vibrant environment.

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the management team to oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the general manager in overseeing restaurant/nightclub operations.

- Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.

- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance performance and professional development.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety procedures.

- Assist with administrative tasks, including payroll processing and inventory control.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in the nightclub industry.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in restaurant management software.

- Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service preferred.

- This role requires many shifts, including some evenings until 2:00 am.
