Booth Management Consulting is Hiring a Workforce Management Analyst Near Baltimore, MD

Booth Management Consulting, LLC (BMC) is a diverse CPA firm providing accounting, auditing, and management consulting services to public and private clients nationwide. Job Summary:

Will assist the Office of Strategy, Learning, and Workforce Development (OSLWD) in the accomplishment of its mission by performing activities that support the evaluation, development, and implementation of the agency's national mentoring, career development, and professional development activities.

Job Duties:

  • Provides strategic workforce planning and presentations in area of expertise
  • Manages and administers competency assessments and completes employee development planning tasks and activities
  • Provides reports on qualitative and quantitative data
  • Completes strategic workforce planning tasks and activities
  • Compile and analyze agency’s SWOT and other analysis reports as it relates to the OSLWD Provides feedback and reporting trends
  • Attends and participates in meetings and prepares executive briefings
  • Prepares reports, performs cost benefit analyses, and responses and/or other materials to the group

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Management, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a business-related field, preferably with the government (public sector)
  • Experience with SWOT Analysis and Qualitative/Quantitative Analysis
  • Able to perform strategic workforce planning and competency assessments
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze data and run reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
