Manage Service and Sales Call Center

Telemarketer / BDC FULLY INHOUSE - Outbound Telephone Sales

Potential to make $30-$60 per hour with bonus

Boniface Hiers Automotive Group is one of the largest automotive group on the Eastern Space Coast of Florida. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage the Sales and Service Call center and Internet Leads department. In this role, you will be part of the team and help make calls to existing customers and inquiring prospects in an attempt to set an appointment for them to visit our showroom.

Best BDC pay plan in Florida. Volume based bonus levels.

We are looking for people with the following skills:

  • Sales and/or customer service experience is a plus as is a genuine interest in automotive and customer service!
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry ability
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to learn quickly and use customized software and applications Responsibilities and Duties
  • Communicate via outbound phone calls, text as well as email
  • Follow approved scripts on outbound calls to ensure proper expectations have been set
  • Use provided rebuttals to overcome objections and close sales
  • Recommend and suggest products to achieve daily sales goals
  • Address customer questions and concerns regarding their order while also managing account information
  • Our ideal candidate is looking for a long-term stable position and has experience in administrative or customer experience roles and is technically savvy.
  • Job Type: Full-time 40 hrs.

You will need to also include:

Applicants must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Must have a valid driver license and a good driving record. Employment based on passing a drug and background check. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and a drug free workplace.
