RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the marketing strategy for Product Led Growth (PLG), collaborating with the broader Marketing and Product teams to execute initiatives to drive customer acquisition.

Act as a bridge between the Marketing teams and the Product team to ensure the company marketing strategy is aimed at maximizing PLG funnel goals

Create nurture campaigns, webinars, social media, and blog posts that tell the story of how Bolster supports researchers, developers, and analysts.

Creating compelling messaging and positioning for self-service, launching new features, enabling the field, collaborating with business development and demand generation, and content marketing

Map the competitive landscape and markets, and position Bolster products with deep understanding of overall value proposition, features, functionality, verticals and use cases

Deliver high impact product and feature launches in collaboration with product management

Deliver key messages to analysts and press on the Bolster product messaging, positioning, launches, and features

Collaborate with content marketing to create data sheets, white papers, case studies, presentations, demos, and website content for self service.

QUALIFICATIONS

Location: MUST live within a commutable distance to Santa Clara, CA as this role requires in office collaboration/attendance 3X a week.

3 years of product management, product marketing, or product-led growth marketing experience for a high-velocity SaaS company

Proficiency in reporting funnel metrics, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to identify gaps for continuous improvement

Strong judgment and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to tell compelling stories in an efficient way

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams in a fast-moving, dynamic and sometimes ambiguous business environment across time zones

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Ability to translate technical, complex concepts into easy-to-consume value propositions
