Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:

Body Lounge Park Cities is actively seek a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed aesthetics and wellness team. As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in crafting comprehensive plans to assist our clients in achieving their aesthetics goals. Beyond Aesthetics the NP will develop in to a role of medical weightloss and hormone replacement therapy. The role will also expand in to regenerative medicine and general health.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling and education to clients
• Collaborate seamlessly with other team members to ensure coordinated care delivery
• Perform a spectrum of non-invasive services and treatments, including but not limited to: Injectables, Thread Lifting, Fillers, IV Cocktails, Tear Through, PDO Threads, Medical Weightloss, and advanced services such as BHRT (Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy) if expertise is present.
• Actively engage in sales and promotional activities to drive awareness and participation in our services.
• Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation
• Ability to sell oneself and grow a patient base in the aesthetics category.

Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the relevant specialty area
• 3 years of experience in administering Botox for cosmetic or therapeutic purposes
• Proficiency in administering IV wellness infusions, encompassing vitamin and mineral therapy, hydration therapy, and other wellness treatments
• Demonstrated expertise in aesthetic injections (Botox), Dermal Filler, and Thread Lifting (to be trained in at BL expense)
• Prior experience in a Med Spa, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery practice is essential
• Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments & consultation

Compensation Package:

• Pay Rate: $55-$65/ hour (experience dependent) commission
• Bonuses: Company Quarterly Bonuses Set to earn collectively if financial goals are met or exceeded.
• Potential Earnings: No cap on commissions

Tentative Weekly schedule:

• Tuesday- Friday, 9A-4P
• Wednesday & Friday, 9A- 4P

Expected hours: 28-40 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60.53 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
