Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive patient care and promoting overall wellness. Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Perform procedures such as catheterization, Botulinum toxin treatment, catheter care, and sterile processing
- Provide health coaching to patients on disease prevention, management, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient encounters accurately
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [state]
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
