Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Description:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in hiring, training, and managing staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that arise
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
