Job Description:

The Restaurant Host is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. The Host will also assist with answering phones, taking to-go orders, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their table
• Manage reservations and waitlist
• Answer phones and take to-go orders
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
