Position : Part-Time Receptionist

Salary : $16 / hr

Hours : 4-8 hours on select weekdays, and 8 : 30 am - 5 pm every other weekend

Your Responsibilities :

• Extend a heartfelt welcome to visitors entering and exiting our facility.
• Manage our multi-line telephone system efficiently, ensuring accurate message-taking.
• Maintain vigilance over all individuals entering and exiting the premises.
• Assist with clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries with precision and care.
